We collect only what is necessary to provide our repair and sales services:
- ✓Name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp and e-mail) provided by you when requesting service or a quote.
- ✓Content of messages sent to our support channels, including the store's WhatsApp.
- ✓Information about the device left for repair (model, serial number, reported issue) recorded in the service order.
- ✓Basic, anonymous browsing data on this website, for statistical purposes.
How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to: answer requests and quotes; register and track service orders; report repair progress; issue tax documents; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
WhatsApp support
Our support uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages sent to the store's number are processed in our internal support system to register the contact and continue the service. Meta's processing of these messages follows WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with processors strictly necessary to provide the service — such as Meta (WhatsApp) for message support and technology infrastructure providers — or when required by law.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in systems with restricted access and protected by appropriate technical measures. We keep records for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and delete or anonymize them afterwards.
Your rights (LGPD)
You may request at any time:
